Caleb Muhr Bio

My name is Caleb Muhr.  I have been living in Scotts Bluff County my whole life.  My life has been surrounded by fitness ever since I was born and I want others to see my passion for it and be inspired by it.  Working at Elite Total Fitness has been amazing.  Being able to engage with the community in a way where I can learn from them and they can learn from me has been extremely refreshing and has given my life a purpose.  My future plans are to study endocrinology and metabolism so I can help people optimize their health as much as possible.

Who We Are

Elite Total Fitness is a full-service fitness facility equipped with top of the line cardiovascular equipment, strength and conditioning equipment, a group fitness area, an indoor turf area and locker rooms.  Located in Scottsbluff, Elite Total Fitness serves the areas of western Nebraska including Gering, Bridgeport, Kimball and Torrington, Wyoming.

The Elite Total Fitness staff is certified to assist members with various disciplines including, but not limited to athletic training, circuit training, and a variety of group fitness classes.  Elite Total Fitness personal trainers will help educate a wide range of age groups on understanding what it takes to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
